Find Your Perfect Fit

Getting your ring size right is the most important step before ordering. A smart ring needs to sit snugly — not so tight it cuts circulation, not so loose it spins freely. We recommend measuring in the evening when fingers are slightly larger.

Option 2: Measure at Home

Method A — Circumference

  1. Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger
  2. Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in mm
  3. Match your measurement to the circumference column below

Method B — Diameter

  1. If you already own a ring that fits well, measure across the inside of the band in mm
  2. Match your measurement to the diameter column below

Tips for the Best Fit

  • Measure your dominant hand — fingers are usually slightly larger on that side
  • Measure in the evening, not the morning
  • If between sizes, size up
  • Your ring should slide over the knuckle with slight resistance, then sit snugly at the base

How do I know my size?

We recommend measuring your finger using the string method described in our size guide above. If you are between sizes, choose the smaller size for the best sensor accuracy.

Is it really waterproof?

Yes. The Benio Ring is rated 5 ATM, meaning it can withstand pressures equivalent to a depth of 50 meters. It is safe for swimming, showering, and snorkeling.

Does it work with my phone?

Benio is compatible with both iOS (Apple) and Android devices. You will need to download the free Benio Fit app to pair your ring.

What is the warranty?

We offer a 1-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. If your ring stops working due to hardware failure, we replace it.
