We want you to love your Benio product. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Due to hygiene reasons, smart rings that have been worn cannot be returned unless they are faulty. We strongly recommend ordering a sizing kit before purchasing if you are unsure of your size.

How to start a return

Email us at info@return-master.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or faulty

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn rings in original packaging. Email us at info@return-master.com to arrange an exchange.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us immediately at info@return-master.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

All Benio smart rings come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
